General information only
Everything published on tooranceat.digital is general planning and organisational material. It is written for a broad audience and cannot account for your circumstances, obligations, health, employment situation or jurisdiction. It is offered as a starting point to adapt, not as instructions to follow.
We take care to be accurate and we correct errors publicly, but we do not warrant that the material is complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose. Decisions you make using our resources remain yours.
What this material is not
| Resource | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Budget worksheets | An organisational sheet for recording income and spending | Financial, tax or investment advice. Speak to a qualified financial professional |
| Project and capacity templates | Planning aids for coordinating work | A guarantee of delivery, or a substitute for professional project or risk management |
| Habit, energy and focus tools | Structures for recording what you observe about yourself | Medical, psychological or therapeutic guidance of any kind |
| Onboarding and household templates | Practical checklists for shared responsibilities | Employment, human resources or legal advice |
| Study planners | A method for scheduling revision | An accommodation plan, or a substitute for advice from an educational specialist |
If a decision carries financial, legal, medical or employment consequences, consult someone qualified and licensed in your jurisdiction. Nothing here creates a professional relationship between you and Tooranceat.
No guarantee of results
Planning methods work differently for different people, and any figures we quote from our own logs describe the people who kept those logs. Where we say something like “shorter lists are completed roughly four times more often”, that is an observation from our own reader research, described as such, and not a promise about your week.
We do not claim that using our resources will make you more productive, less stressed, better organised or more successful. We claim that they are clear, tested and free.
External links and third parties
We link to external sites where they add something. We do not control those sites, do not monitor them continuously, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and the presence of a link does not mean we have vetted every page on that site.
Technical and availability limits
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption, that files will download without error on every device, or that documents will render identically in every application. Printed output varies between printers, drivers and paper. Where a file is faulty, tell us and we will correct it in the next release — or immediately, if the fault is serious.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tooranceat, its staff and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or its resources, including loss of income, missed deadlines, or decisions made in reliance on the material published here. This paragraph should be read together with the terms of use, which govern your use of the site.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Telling us about an error
If you find something wrong — a mistake of fact, an outdated reference, a sheet that contradicts its own guide — write to info@tooranceat.digital with the record identifier. Confirmed errors are corrected in the next release and described in the release log, rather than quietly amended.
