Updates
Every published change to the catalogue, with the date, the version and what actually moved. We publish a scheduled revision at the start of each month and a smaller correction release mid-month when one is needed. Records carry their own revision numbers, so you can tell whether a file you saved earlier is still current.

How versioning works here
Reference
Two numbers matter. The catalogue version — 2026.07 at present — identifies a published state of the whole site. The record revision is per file, and it only moves when that file changes. A record at rev 6 has been revised five times since first publication, regardless of how many catalogue releases have happened around it.
Revisions come in two sizes. A minor revision corrects margins, contrast, spelling or wording without changing what is on the sheet; if you have a printed stack of the old version, keep using it. A structural revision adds, removes or renames a section, which means an old copy and a new one are no longer interchangeable in a team. Structural revisions are always described in the release notes above, never folded into a general “improvements” line.
Records are withdrawn rather than deleted. A withdrawn record keeps its identifier, so a link to it explains what happened and points to a replacement instead of returning a dead page. We withdraw a resource when it no longer matches current practice, when it duplicates something better, or when it turned out to give advice we could not support.
